Cole Blu’s ‘Boston Story’ has a lot going on. Multiple layers of sound give us motorik, and something far more urgent, in a slightly chaotic but deeply intriguing confection. No wonder the New York based artist cites art rock luminaries such as Stereolab and Talking Heads alongside avant German acts like Neu! and Can. A unique artist whose LP ‘Torso’ is due in early 2023.
