A song so loaded with bittersweet reflections it could veer in to unrelentingly maudlin wallowing. The fact it doesn’t is down to the lightness of touch exhibited by Pet Deaths as they meander in to the otherworldly. Another triumphant curio from the upcoming second album ‘Unhappy Ending’ which is due on 27th May.
